The hotel is conveniently located close to Sendai Station in a huge shopping center, offering a variety of room types with non-smoking options. The rooms are excellent but small, requiring careful luggage organization. The service is helpful and accommodating, with basic English communication. Dining options are rich but may vary in price. The location is outstanding with great facilities and a fantastic design.
