I found the hotel to be a cozy spot near Sendai Station offering a typical Japanese style room overlooking a beautiful garden, though a bit snug for four people. The service was generally friendly, even when I faced a slight hiccup with reservations. The location was superb, right next to the station, making it super convenient for travelers.
